What You’ll Work On:

• Develop and maintain Python scripts to fetch, manipulate, and manage data from tools such as Jira, OPA, ServiceNow (SNOW), and more.
• Build and manage integrations using REST APIs to enable efficient communication between systems.
• Contribute to governance and policy enforcement through integrations with Open Policy Agent (OPA).
• Collaborate with tech leads and architects to deliver high-quality code aligned with product requirements.
• Continuously learn and integrate new tools and platforms relevant to project scopes.

Key Technical Skills:

Python, REST API, REST API Integration, OOP Concepts, Django, Flask, FastAPI, GIT, SQL, CI/CD (Harness or similar)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Strong experience integrating systems via REST APIs.
• Deep understanding of OOPS concepts in Python 3.x.
• Proficiency in at least one Python web framework (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• Experience with Git for version control.
• Understanding of basic database operations and writing SQL queries.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and tech teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn tools on the job.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD tools like Harness.
• Familiarity with Rego scripting and Styra DAS.
